Termination

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Dispensary Name], its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
