Do I have to be a Maryland registered cannabis patient to shop in a dispensary?

No, all dispensaries in the state of Maryland accept both medical patients and adult use customers 21 years old or older.

How do I pay?

Chesapeake Apothecary accepts cash and debit for payment as well as CanPay, a web-based app similar to CashApp. An ATM is also available on site. 

Does Chesapeake sell glass pieces or CBD?

Can I bring a Visitor?

Yes, everyone over the age of 18 years of age are allowed to visit with a patient when they shop. A valid government issued photo ID is required to enter.

Are my children allowed to come with me?

Children that are not registered cannabis patients are allowed to accompany adults.

Is curbside pick-up available?

Yes – all guests have the option of shopping inside the retail floor, browsing the showroom or they can choose to pull their car into the drive thru area and receive curbside service. You must have a preorder placed in order to utilize the curbside service, as required by regulation. 

What can recreational/adult-use guests purchase?

In one purchase, an adult-use guest can purchase up to: 1.5oz of flower or 12g of carts/concentrate, or 750mg of edibles at one time. Restrictions on high potency edibles (>10mg per serving) or large quantity concentrates (>1g per package) is reserved for medical patients only.
